8X3 Produce superb Memphis clocks
I was over the moon with the results of 8X3's Memphis clock project. We had some superb designs, really encompassing the Memphis style. I was also glad and relieved at the absence of Nike ticks, Apple logos and Playboy Bunnies.
Well done everyone !!!!!!!

D&T - Extra Curricular Clubs
Hi All
Just to remind you of our exciting extra Curricular D&T clubs
Young Engineers Club
Our first project is to strip down and rebuild a Sinclair C5. We will be analying it's design and hopefully restoring it to full working order. Then we will be having some fun riding in it. We'll also be stripping down and driving a motor Go Kart.
Year 7 Electronics Club
We are currently soldering an electronic flashing Christmas tree. Very topical. If you want to come along please come and see me at break time or lunch time.
Our Wednesday session this week is rearranged for next Wednesday

Welcome to my D&T Blog Spot
Hi
This blog area has been created to help with our learning of D&T at Eggars School. D&T is one of the most exciting subjects on the Curriculum. Not only do you get to design and make but you will also gain valuable life skills. I feel passionate about this amazing subject and I hope that you will keep up to date with what's happening in the department by logging on regularly. I would also gratefully receive any advice about how you think it could be improved.
This blog area will be updated regularly. It will :
